Founded at 14.2.2004 at Gersfeld, Germany, with the values and ethics of The Reiki Alliance, due to get official acknoledgement of Reiki within Germany to support within fields of social, educational and health care with the Reiki-Method.
Few years later we open the mastercircle for our students, than for other students and masters of otherReiki- forms, who are interestet at the praxis of usui shiki ryoho. They can be sustraining members in both directions. To support the association and their goals and be supported to experiance the form of Usui Shiki Ryoho.
At 2008 we did the first scientific research with Reiki together with a bulgarian institute to look, if there are methods to show and measure the reiki effects. Some study groups take part from all forms of Reiki until 2011.
At 2011 we supported the founding of ProReiki. Some of our members are founding members and beome board members and councillors and somewere active at working groups.
2015 till 2018 our members were engaged to start the first scientific research at Germany with Munich Universities (Reassure for people with breast cancer) after some years of preperation.
Also we supported the founding of « Freunde der Reiki-Kultur e. V. » (Friends of Reiki-Culture) a sponsorship organisation for Reiki-Projects and Reki-Community.
We have a project for documentaition and archivation of the work of the first Reiki-Masters of Gemany (starting at 1983).
At 2024 the big changes at ProReiki caused the end of affiliated membership of RAD.
In March of 2025 at our general meeting the decision was done to apply for membership at ERG. We want to work together to achieve the goals of ERG for all in Europe.

We offer training and exchange of experience and praxis in the tradition of Usui Shiki Ryoho
Presentations about Reiki at Munich University, Women Associations, Rheuma Liga, Woman Engineer Association (dib) and public presantations at Munich and Gersfeld.
Exchange with other Reiki-Organisations wirhin Europe, e. g. ÖBRT at Austria and Reiki Federation at Bulgaria. Networking is important for us. Also wirh spiritual communities like Findhorn Foundation.

Aprox. 20 Members (Masters of Usui Shiki Ryoho) and sustaining members (all reiki forms related to the usui system and all degrees)
